To start selling official retail sealed Pay As You Go SIM Cards for Vodafone, Orange, O2, TMobile and Virgin Mobile, 3pay and Lyca/Lebara we need the following information:

• Your retail store/business name.
• Your business address.
• Your business telephone number
• Your email.
• The type of retail outlet you run, eg convenience store.
