Please read the below, then order your SIMs, POS and start making money! Terms and Conditions for £0.00 cost SIM with commission on any network: 1) “0 and 3” commercial structure is available only to retail outlets selling directly to consumer. 2) Retailers must register onto "0 and 3" even if you already hold an account with NKSupply. This can be done by phone (0800 112 3547), email (info@nksupply.co.uk) or by sending an enquiry through the NFRN helpline (0845 601 5818). If you are unsure if you are registered on "0 and 3", act now by contacting NKSupply. 3) Once a retailer has registered for the "0 and 3" commission structure, SIMs connected from date of registration will attract commission. All stock supplied by NKSupply since October 2010 will attract commission from the date of registration on to "0 and 3" 4) All commission payments are made by BACS. If NKSupply does not receive a customer's bank details within 3 months of registration date, the account will be de-registered and no commissions accrued will be payable. The retailer may re-register, with commissions payable from date of re-registration. 5) Commissions are credited to account on activation and first top-up, (with the exception of Lyca Mobile, Lebara Mobile and Vectone) by consumer as reported by networks and subject to network activation ‘best before’ dates. If the end user does not top the SIM up and make a call, no commissions are payable. 6) Lycamobile is paid £1.50 on 1st top-up. and 75p on both 2nd and 3rd top-up, equaling £3.00. Lebara mobile is paid £1.50 on 1st top-up and £1.50 on 2nd top-up, equaling £3.00. Vectone is paid £1.00 on 1st, 2nd and 3rd top-up, equaling £3.00 7) Account must be in credit by a minimum of £30.00 (excluding VAT) for payment to be made to customer; otherwise, credit will be held on account until minimum amount achieved. Amounts below £30.00 remain the property of NKSupply Limited. 8) All accounts in credit by £30.00 excluding VAT (10 activations) or more will be paid automatically by BACS between the 25th and month end. 9) Commission statements are available on request, by email only, once a month between the 25th and month end. Retailers do not need to request or receive a commission statement in order for commissions to be paid. 10) Commission payments will be accounted for using self-bill invoices (SBI). By registering for "0 and 3" you are expressly agreeing to have NKSupply account for commission payments using the self-billing invoice system. 11) Connections are finalised as credited to account two months retro; so June connections are available for payment at the end of August. This is due in part to late reporting and payment by some networks and also clawbacks by networks on activations deemed fraudulent or instantly disconnected. So if a retailer registers on "0 and 3" in June, the earliest a finalised commission statement will be available for reporting and payment is end of August. Sometimes we are able to report earlier, but for the purposes of standardisation across all networks, we adopt a two month retro policy. 12) If you think you have connected and topped-up a SIM that has not been reported you must provide us with the network, connection date, IMEI number or phone number (as applicable) 13) If an account does not reach £30.00 credit within 12 months of registration on "0 and 3" or within 12 months of last payable commission statement NKSupply reserves the right to de-register the account off "0 and 3" with no outstanding or further commissions payable. 14) All sums held on account below £30.00 (exclusive of VAT) are the property NKSupply Limited. 15) NKSupply reserves the right to restrict supply of SIMs based on low activations. 16) NKSupply reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without obligation or liability. 17) Customers who are found to have knowingly allowed their SIMs to be used in "Gateway" applications will be invoiced for the full amount of SIMs supplied and any commission paid will be clawed back. 18) Customers who are found to be sub-distributing SIMs, without prior written agreement, will be invoiced for the full amount of the SIMs supplied and any commission paid will be clawed back. 19) By ordering from NKSupply, accepting delivery or by registering on "0 and 3" you are expressly agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
